Under the new initiative, claims tribunals can access road traffic accident cases registered anywhere in the state. While the documents will be shared free of cost to claims tribunals, charges will be applied for insurance companies and victims or accused. Officers, who are in charge of the works in Coimbatore, said that documents will be made available to insurance companies and claims tribunals in the first phase.
